Mira and House of Skuff are passionate about multiple non profits and charities. As an organization we want to work with as many as we can throughout our time as House of Skuff. Dobies and Little Paws will be our first focus.
Dobies & Little Paws Rescue
Dobies and Little Paws is an incredible rescue organization, woman owned and operated that has done incredible work here in California. Our first $1 donation of each tube will be going to them. Mira’s doberman, Shaft is from Dobies and Little Paws. We are so excited to partner with them to aide in finding forever homes for more of our four legged friends and help pay for the medical bills they keep incurring. Operation Underground Railroad
Our second $1 donation of each tube has been donated to Operation Underground Railroad’s (O.U.R.) - their mission is to shine a light worldwide on the global epidemic of child sex trafficking, and in so doing rescue more children from slavery and assist law enforcement to seek justice for those who violate children. While their focus remains on children, they also assist survivors of all ages to bring them safety and healing. They place survivors on a path to recovery by partnering with vetted aftercare providers.
World Central Kitchen
Our next $1 donation of each tube has been donated to World Central Kitchen - WCK responds to natural disasters, man-made crises, and humanitarian emergencies around the world. As the climate-crisis worsens and disasters become not only larger, but more frequent, they continue to be there—and hope you’ll join them. As José likes to say, “everyone is a part of World Central Kitchen, they may just not know it yet!”.
Pasadena Humane
Pasadena Humane has received our next $1 donation of each tube; they are a community-supported animal resource center providing compassion and care for all animals. Since 1903, Pasadena Humane has offered lifesaving programs and services for animals and the people who love them in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Pasadena Humane serves as a critical lifeline for pets impacted by the Eaton Fire in the Altadena, Pasadena and surrounding areas.
Animal Aid Unlimited
Our next $1 donation of each tube has been donated to Animal Aid Unlimited; We are working for the day when all animals' lives are respected for their inherent value, whether dogs, chickens, cows or fish. Our planet is in crisis from over-consumption, and the use and abuse of animals contributes tremendously to the climate catastrophe and incalculable animal suffering. Rescue is our strategy to immediately relieve suffering and encourage the protection of all animals lives by sharing their incredible stories of recovery and healing.
