Refund policy

As we are providing beauty products in unsealed packaging we cannot accept returns. 

If your item arives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofskuff.com so we can arrange a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@houseofskuff.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, your product will be replaced. 

Address issues
Please ensure you type in your correct delivery address at checkout - if you type an incorrect address is we are not responsible for you receiving the item, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
